Shipping for all orders within India is Free. For all international orders from outside India, orders under INR 15k/90USD are charged INR 1500 per kg (approx. USD 20) and orders above INR 15k/90USD are shipped free.

You cannot change the shipping address of your order after it is billedor shipped. You can also change before it is billed or shipped. Pleasecontact our Customer Care Team at the earliest.

From the time of shipping, it takes about 7-8 days for domestic ordersand 12-15 days for international orders to reach you. If you have placedan order with numerous items, please note that these items may deliveryou with different shipments. The estimated delivery times areindicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidabledelays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of anydelays

Our courier company will always call you before delivery to check youravailability. However, in case the order arrives when you are notavailable, it will be re-dispatched after your confirmation. Ourdelivery partner will get in touch with you to reschedule your delivery.A maximum of three attempts will be made to deliver the order at thegiven shipping address, failing which the order will be sent back to us.Our Customer Care Team will then get in touch with you to understandthe issue and help find a solution.

For orders within India, when your order will be dispatched, we willsend you an email with the details of the tracking number and thecourier company. After your order is dispatched from our warehouse Youcan track the status of your package within 24 hours. We take 15-20working days to ship international orders from our end. Cash on deliveryis not available for now.

We do not accept any returns and exchange but we do accept return and exchange in certain exempted cases :

Size discrepancies from the customers original order. 
We assure a perfect product without any defect before we
deliver each item but still, if the customer receives a defective
product, we offer an exchange. (No Refund).
Returns or exchanges are only applicable within 24 HOURS of receiving product. 

If the customer received a different color from the product order in that case also we offer an exchange.
