Shipping for all orders within India is Free. For all international orders from outside India, orders under INR 50,000 (approx. USD 697) are charged INR 1500 per kg (approx. USD 20) and orders above INR 50,000 are shipped free.
You cannot change the shipping address of your order after it is billed or shipped. You can also change before it is billed or shipped. Please contact our Customer Care Team at the earliest.
From the time of shipping, it takes about 7-8 days for domestic orders and 15-20 days for international orders to reach you. If you have placed an order with numerous items, please note that these items may deliver you with different shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays
Our courier company will always call you before delivery to check your availability. However, in case the order arrives when you are not available, it will be re-dispatched after your confirmation. Our delivery partner will get in touch with you to reschedule your delivery. A maximum of three attempts will be made to deliver the order at the given shipping address, failing which the order will be sent back to us. Our Customer Care Team will then get in touch with you to understand the issue and help find a solution.
For orders within India, when your order will be dispatched, we will send you an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company. After your order is dispatched from our warehouse You can track the status of your package within 24 hours. We take 15-20 working days to ship international orders from our end. Cash on delivery is not available for now.
We do not accept any returns and exchange but we do accept return and exchange in certain exempted cases :
Size discrepancies from the customers original order. We assure a perfect product without any defect before we deliver each item but still, if the customer receives a defective product, we offer an exchange. (No Refund). Returns or exchanges are only applicable within 24 HOURS of receiving product.
If the customer received a different color from the product order in that case also we offer an exchange.
